Wednesday 14th January will see the return of the Tameside race coaching for women, this has proved popular over the past few seasons and will this year be led by Tameside British Cycling Go Ride Coach Simon Wilson.
Over the eight weeks riders will have the opportunity to develop their group riding skills at the sessions, as well as cornering, starts, sprinting, practising race scenarios which will equip them with the skills to be able to confidently participate in some of the local events being held this season.
Whilst the sessions will be race focused its not essential that you do race and the skills developed will enhance any group riding situations.
Sessions will run from 7pm to 9pm, spaces are limited and online entry is encouraged for this reason although you can also turn up on the night. Entry is £5 online or £6 on the evening.
Riders will need a road bike, a helmet, drink and snacks.
