The NW Region are holding a Development Day for NW Junior Riders on 21st February at Preston Grasshoppers Rugby Club, Preston.
The day is a mix of workshops and a social ride aimed at riders born 1998 or 1997. Speakers include Olympian and past National Circuit Champion Rob Hayles, Sarah Broadhead from Chimp Management and Annie Simpson from OTE Sports Nutrition.
The social ride will be kindly organised by VCUK PH-MAS
The aim is to help provide information and advice to help develop and retain Junior riders in the sport.
